This year we are offering two options for attending the conference. Both the in-person ($425 registration cost) and virtual ($225 registration cost) conference options will receive the same content. We are hoping to be able to offer all breakout options by broadcasting all three rooms at the same time. The hotel has newly upgraded internet service that we have been told will make this possible. We have simply reduced the price for the virtual attendees by the cost of food at the hotel.
The Virtual Conference will also include the “Hallway Meeting” groups that you see on the agenda. Depending on the number of attendees, the virtual groups will be put into breakout rooms to discuss the topics. The goal is to bring some of those group leaders into the panel discussions, so you will still get the chance to network with peers from other states, share ideas and best practices, and meet new members of our group.
We will also have all board meetings, business meetings and committee meetings available to attend virtually so you won’t miss out on anything other than the views, sound of the ocean and the great food from the Low Country.
